Vitamin C, Cake, and Cambridge

Giving Tree and its members had another successful day of the Loaves and Fishes Meal Program on September 17. It was a wonderful day filled with great weather and smiles! We gave out the variety of food donations like normal. We also got to serve coffee and orange juice along with a selection of delicious cakes and pies! Everyone seemed to enjoy all the food and conversations that they got to take part in! We also had the opportunity to serve beef and vegetables over rice! Everyone enjoyed this new meal and some even asked for more so that they could give some to their family members and friends!

We had some new volunteers this week that said they loved the opportunity to serve! They said they will definitely come back next week! Thank you to all the volunteers who served with a passionate heart. Thank you also to the community that showed up and we hope to see you next week!
