It’s Raining Lemons and Sugar

Written by Noelle Rhee - Edited by Faith Choi

Yummy in your tummy lemonade!

This Saturday, our members of the Giving Tree worked on giving out freshly squeezed lemonade to the Arlington community as they swam and played at the park. We had believed that it was a miracle when the forecasted rain had suddenly disappeared, but contrary to belief, the rain poured mercilessly. Though there were a few complications, with a positive outlook, the Giving Tree continued to raise funds. Afterward, we served fresh lemonade set aside for the meal program at Cambridge! We were so glad to hear that they said that it was delicious and they could taste the lemons. In humid and sultry weather, who wouldn’t want a cool refreshing drink?

Once again, we thank the donors of Giving Tree! What we do without you! We strive to give the best quality to our donors and other recipients!
